Fares from Philadelphia and Washington, DC require a 7-day advance purchase.
Fares from Miami, Orlando, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Chicago, Charlotte, New York and Boston require a 14-day advance purchase.
Fares require a Saturday night stay.
Fares are valid for travel Sunday - Thursday through September 1, 2008.
Fares do not include international taxes/fees of up to $85 per roundtrip itinerary.

Tickets must be purchased within 24 hours of making the reservation.
Tickets are non-refundable; any changes to transatlantic/transpacific flights originating in the U.S. will incur a minimum $250 fee.
