Terms & Conditions
90-day Club memberships are valid at all US Airways Club locations. A Dividend Miles number is required to purchase a membership and the 90-day term begins on the date of purchase. Members will not receive printed membership cards. Club facilities can be accessed by presenting a valid government-issued ID or referencing your membership number. 90-day Club membership fees may be applied towards the purchase of an annual membership at any time during the 90-days, or within 30-days of expiration. Preferred mileage bonuses and membership add-ons are not available for 90-day members. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. All US Airways Club rules apply.
