 Bohemian Highway Cabernet 2005 The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful blend of ripe fruit and spice. Sweet plum and black cherry flavors are complemented by a hint of cocoa and pepper. The supple tannins and lush mouth feel create an approachable wine that leaves a delicious finish.
 Cellar No8 Merlot 2005 Deep ruby-blue in color, this Merlot has rich aromas of black cherry and spice. Aged in French and American oak barrels, the wine boasts round, velvety flavors of mocha and roasted coffee with deep blueberry and plum fruit.
 Frei Brothers Chardonnay 2005 Frei Brothers Chardonnay is big and intense with a soft mouth feel and a long crisp finish. It expresses complex varietal characters of bright pear, peach and citrus, and a hint of vanilla and spice.
 Beringer Napa Valley Chardonnay 2005 Aged in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel, this chardonnay is both rich and pure. Lemon zest, green apple and spice aromas lead into mouth-coating citrus, toasted coconut, nutmeg, cardamom and apple flavors and a bright fruit finish.
 Bohemian Highway Chardonnay 2005 Bursting with ripe fruit flavors of apple and pear, this wine is lightly-oaked, which gives it a full, creamy mouth feel. Its creaminess and bright citrus flavors of lemons and granny smith apples are rounded out by a lingering finish.
 Scharffenberger California Sparkling Wine This sparkling wine boasts cherry and plum aromas with an overlay of litchi nut and mango. The palate is creamy and rich with vanilla, round white fruit and freshly baked bread.

Redwood Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 This medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has a round body that combines flavors of fresh blueberries and black cherries that are accentuated by brown spice, mocha and hints of vanilla
 Crooked Limb Chardonnay 2005 The Crooked Limb Chardonnay has a golden straw color with tropical aromas of pear and pineapple, balanced by fresh fruit flavors with hints of hazelnut & vanilla. The wine has a rich palate but a crisp refreshing finish.

 Beringer Stone Cellars Cabernet 2005 Aged in French and American oak barrels, this wine has aromas and flavors of plum, currant, vanilla and black pepper (with subtle smoky and floral hints), an inviting fruitiness and supple tannins that lead to a satisfying finish.
 Beringer Stone Cellar Chardonnay 2006 This Chardonnay has bright pear and citrus flavors with a touch of vanilla and brown spice. The wine’s creamy texture and richness offers a lush mouth feel and a refreshing, clean finish.
